Borgarting court of appeals today rendered its judgment on the case between Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA and SAS Scandinavian Airlines Norge AS and SAS AB (publ.).
In Norwegian’s claim against SAS the court ruled as follows (translated):
SAS AB (publ) and SAS Scandinavian Airlines Norge AS jointly pay to Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA NOK 160,000,000 in compensation.
SAS AB (publ) and SAS Scandinavian Airlines Norge AS jointly pay Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA’s legal costs in the amount of NOK 6,839,770 from the county court and NOK 7,851,472 from the court of appeals.
